This limited edition bottling is weird, wonderful and absolutely delicious. An array of flavours; notes of strawberries, apricots, malt biscuits alongside a slight smokiness. A unique spirit in celebration of World Whisky Day.

The ale yeast we use here is an American Ale yeast that adds a clean mouthfeel with notes of peach and soft citrus.

Made using crystal malt, this expression of new make carries a sweeter biscuit flavour throughout.
